    I'm Matheus Barros and I've been working in web design for almost 10 years. Along the way I've built corporate websites, blogs, landing pages and e-commerce stores, connecting visual identity, usability, content and SEO.

    Today my work also includes product design and building applications with AI. I help define journeys, flows and interfaces, and I use tools like Lovable, Codex and Claude Code to implement and evolve digital solutions.

    I work independently and in collaboration with teams, connecting business needs to the experience of the people who will use the product.

§ 05 — Process

How I work

From planning to delivery, I combine UX/UI and AI-assisted building. I define the steps and the moments of client involvement for each project.

Chapter 01 / 05

Understand

I start with the business, the goals and the people who will use the solution. I look for market references to guide the first decisions.

Chapter 02 / 05

Structure

I organize the scope, flows and content, with approval stages and material handoffs. SEO is part of the plan when it makes sense for the project.

Chapter 03 / 05

Design and build

I design in Figma or Claude Design, or build directly in Lovable. I choose the path based on the interface's complexity and what I have in mind.

Chapter 04 / 05

Validate and adjust

I check flows, responsiveness and behavior. At the agreed moments, I present the work to the client and make the necessary adjustments.

Chapter 05 / 05

Deliver and evolve

When the client stays with me after delivery, I monitor performance, fix bugs and make small changes and improvements to the project.

Building with AI — I use AI to support implementation, with design direction, review and validation throughout development.
